19 April 2015 “Tofu Fa” Cycling FUNday was successfully held on 19 April 2015. Award Network bikers visited border territory for the second time since last year. We tasted the famous Chinese dessert-Tofu Fa and enjoyed beautiful natural view. The organizing committee strived to create a unique experience for our participants by enriching last year’s activities and looked out for a new cycling route. We held two pre-trips beforehand to ensure the event runs smoothly. On the event day, some helpers were assigned to rent and transport bikes at Fo Tan and the others gathered participants at start point, Sheung Shui. Together 30 AYPers rode their bikes across Northern part of New Territories. Special appreciation to the Award Network members who organized the event!
